Return Policy

Cancellations
You can cancel an order by 5PM EST on the date you placed the order which will void the transaction completely. If you choose to cancel on a subsequent day, your credit card will be refunded the amount of the item(s) purchased. The refund may take up to 10 business days to show up on your credit card statement.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase for items in new condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, send an email to orders@thepocketshop.com with item details and your reason for return. A Pre-Paid Return Label will be emailed to you. You can then simply put the item you want to return in the bag that it was shipped in and put the return label on top of the existing one. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once the goods have been returned, your credit card or TPS account will reflect the transaction refund, excluding shipping charges. Please allow up to 10-15 days for refunds to be processed to your credit card.

If you need to do an exchange, send an email to orders@thepocketshop.com with item details and what you want to exchange the item for. Your new goods will be processed for shipment once the returned items are received and inspected.

Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment will be given if the item purchased goes on sale within 7 days of your order's purchase date. Send an email to orders@thepocketshop.com to request a price adjustment. A refund for the price difference will be issued in the form of online store credit.
